Harden seems to be enjoying himself in Shanghai.
The Houston Rockets guard is currently on a promotional tour that NBA players do when they up to speak to fans, visit some cultural landmarks, and play basketball to show off their moves to the crowd.
During his tour, a fan caught him riding around on a mini-bike around town:

Unus Alladin from the South China Morning Post reports, “It is not known whether he was given a traffic citation or whether police in Shanghai had any idea who Harden was.”
