Chris Paul, the Phoenix Suns, and their fans should be plenty scared right now as they prepare to face the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 2 of their first-round series.
The Suns, who are down 1-0 after losing to the Clippers on Sunday, will hope to even things up at 1-1. But they will be up against it as Scott Foster is set to captain the officiating crew at Phoenix’s Footprint Center.
Paul has lost the last 14 games he’s played in with Foster as part of the crew so he’s probably not looking forward to the upcoming meeting.
The referee kept his streak alive when the Suns played the New Orleans Pelicans, officiating the second game of the first-round series.
The season before that, Foster reffed Games 3 and 6 of the NBA Finals matchup between the Suns and Milwaukee Bucks. The Suns lost both of those games, having taken a 2-0 lead over Giannis and Co. before Foster got involved.

The Suns would find themselves in a 2-0 hole should Foster continue his winning streak against Paul this Tuesday night. They’d probably have better luck resting the veteran guard.
