One of Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls teammates is getting set to part ways with his championship rings. According to a report, former Bulls star Horace Grant is selling his three NBA championship rings.
“In search of more, rare Michael Jordan-era memorabilia? Horace Grant’s got ya covered — ’cause TMZ Sports has learned MJ’s former Chicago teammate’s three title rings he won with His Airness in the early 1990s are up for auction.
The rare items come from the Bulls’ first 3-peat in 1991, 1992, and 1993 — when HG played a key role alongside Jordan and Scottie Pippen,” TMZ Sports reports.
The rings are size 12s and have “14k Jostens” engraved on the interior of the bands. The rings could rake in more than $100,000 each, per TMZ Sports.
In 58 playoff games from 1991-93, Grant averaged 11.7 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.2 blocks while shooting 55.6 percent from the floor.
His Los Angeles Lakers championship ring from 2001, when he played alongside Kobe Bryant, is also up for auction and could garner more than $40,000.
