Shaquille O’Neal, who is commonly known as “The Big Diesel,” praised Anthony Davis during a recent NBA podcast on TNT. He complimented Davis’ gameplay while reminding him of a story about his parents.
“He knows how I feel about him… His mother and father came up to me and said, ‘We want you to stay on our boy,’ because I know what he’s capable of,” Shaq said.
In addition to that, Shaq further said that he admired Anthony Davis’ talent during his early years in the NBA. Shaq also praised Davis’ efforts for the Lakers during the last few games.
“When he was with New Orleans and the numbers he was putting up, that’s when it was a new flash for me, like this guy can do this every night. Sometimes he’s up, sometimes he’s down… Like he said, they are in a dogfight. When we put a guy like that in a dogfight, he’s going to perform just like that.”

Anthony Davis has a good stats so far this season
