The Atlanta Hawks may have had a chance to push their Eastern Conference Finals to a seventh game, but Kevin Huerter ended all hopes of that happening, and it has nothing to do with how he played.
In the middle of the second quarter, the Hawks were running a rapper vs. rapper bracket in the arena where it showed Huerter actually choosing Rich the Kid Over Outkast.
When it was shown on the big board, the fan base appeared to turn on him and boo.
During the Hawks’ playoff run, Huerter has averaged 11.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.8 assists, but it wasn’t enough to prevent fans from scolding his hot take.
Nobody will take any disrespect towards André 3000 and Big Boi’s iconic pairing produced some of the most popular songs from the late ’90s and 2000s.
