Hassan Whiteside is claiming that the tweet about him “moving to Hawaii” to get out of the United States if Donald Trump wins a second term was fake.
During the debate last night, Whiteside found himself being a trending topic after a tweet started to circulate of him.
He fired back in the comments of a Barstool Sports, but made the sitaution worse by showing how he doesn’t understand time zones with his reply:

Fake or not, people responded to the tweet with jokes.
Whiteside had a tremendous campaign with Portland in 2019-20, averaging 15.5 points on 62.1 percent shooting, 13.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and a league-leading 2.9 swats in 30.0 minutes of action.
