The Golden State Warriors’ struggles continued on Monday night as they suffered a disappointing 113-95 blowout loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Chase Center. Despite snapping a three-game losing streak with a win over the Phoenix Suns just a few days earlier, the Warriors were unable to keep the momentum going as the Cavs dominated the game.
Cleveland’s star duo, Darius Garland and Donovan Mitchell, once again proved too much for the Warriors. With the win, the Cavaliers extended their undefeated record against Western Conference teams this season and claimed their seventh straight victory. Their 28-4 record places them firmly atop the Eastern Conference.
For the Warriors, the loss was yet another blow to their hopes of climbing the standings. They now sit in 10th place in the Western Conference with a 16-16 record. Over their last 17 games, the Warriors have lost 13.

Donovan Mitchell added 23 points, four assists, and three rebounds in just 27 minutes. Cleveland’s well-rounded offensive attack was supported by contributions from Ricky Rubio, Jarrett Allen, and Caris LeVert, all of whom played significant roles in securing the victory. Allen added 12 points, LeVart nine points, and Rubio scored ten points in the win.
On the other hand, the Warriors’ key players struggled to find their rhythm. Stephen Curry finished with just 11 points on 3-of-13 shooting from the field, including 3-of-11 from three-point range.
