Golden State Warriors President Rick Welts Gets Married To His Longtime Partner (PIC)

The president of the Golden State Warriors is now off the market officially after he got hitched to his longtime partner.

Rick Welts and Todd Gage were married by San Francisco Mayor London Breed in her office on Friday.

Welts and Gage have been a couple for nine years.

Welts, who came out as homosexual back in 2011, has been one of the biggest reasons for the Warriors success and constructing a team that has appeared in 5-straight NBA Finals and has won 5 of them.

Shortly after the Warriors lost to the Clippers on Friday night in Los Angeles, coach Steve Kerr took time to send a tweet to Welts.

Jason Collins, a retired NBA player who was the first openly gay athlete to play in the NBA, tweeted his congratulations to Welts and Gage.

The Warriors won’t be winning anything this season due to injuries, but Welts certainly has registered the biggest win of his life.
