When the NBA announced it’s plans to restart the 2019-20 season in a bubble in Orlando, many questioned the likelihood that they’d be able to keep the groupies from getting in.
Well, it appears as though they’ve done a good job thus far, as the NBA announced yesterday that they have continued their streak of zero positive Covid tests within the bubble. However, it hasn’t been without its consequences.
According to former NBA star Gilbert Arenas, many players have already been voicing their displeasure with the lack of sex inside the bubble.
“You’re talking about grown men. 85% of them are single. And you have them locked up in DisneyLand? Like, nah,” Arenas said.
He also questioned Lou Williams’ story about stopping at a strip club to buy chicken wings, saying “I can go to Wing Stop for some wings. I go to the strip club to see strippers.”
Say what you will about No Chill Gil, the dude makes a strong point.
