Giannis Antetokounmpo’s free-agency clock is growing louder by the day.
With less than two weeks to go until the Dec. 21 deadline, Antetokounmpo has yet to sign his five-year supermax extension with the Milwaukee Bucks. It appears somebody close to him has already tipped his hand.
On Sunday, Giannis’ barber made a post on Instagram thanking the superstar for the past six years, saying, “Love you bro and go do what’s best for your family!”
That seems to indicate he is not signing that extension and will be leaving in free agency.
During the 2019-20 season, Antetokounmpo averaged a career-high 29.5 points and 13.6 rebounds for the Bucks.
