Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo has hinted that he’d be open to a move to the Golden State Warriors following his team’s playoff exit.
Giannis and his Bucks side lost to the Miami Heat in five games during the first round of the postseason, something that saw head coach Mike Budenholzer fired. And, having appeared in a live video in which he interacted with fans, the two-time MVP did not rule out a move to the Bay Area when asked to join the 2022 NBA champions.

The Bucks star is known for being a bit of a goofball, so it would be surprising if we were to learn that he wasn’t simply messing around. But for many people, this will be enough to go on, and who could blame them?
The Warriors also find themselves out of the playoffs and unable to defend their title, having lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in six games. Adding a player like Giannis to their roster would make them immediate favorites to win it all again next year.
It will be interesting to see who the Bucks bring in to replace Budenholzer. There are some premium names on the market right now, with Nick Nurse and Monty Williams both out of a job. As for Giannis, he’s very likely to be in Milwaukee next season.
