LeBron was just like everybody on Monday night who were upset seeing the Baylor Bears get screwed by a no-call that cost them their game against UConn.
The Los Angeles Lakers superstar said on Twitter: “Cmon man!!! That was a FOUL!!”
UConn got away with a foul on Baylor star DiJonai Carrington on the Bears’ final possession. After the game, Geno Auriemma was asked if he saw LeBron’s tweet about the Huskies benefitting from the no-call.
“I don’t think LeBron has ever won a game on a bad call by the official, you think?” Auriemma joked. “I probably doubt that in his career he’s ever won a game and decided to give it back because he looked at it and went, ‘That was a foul.’”
Monday’s victory made it 10 straight Final Four appearances for UConn. What’s even crazier is that the program hasn’t won a national title since 2016.
