This is just a damning and ludicrous accusation.
For quite some time now, LeBron James has regularly taken to Twitter to announce that it was Taco Tuesday at his house with his family and does so in funny voices as he turns the camera towards everybody to repeat the same.
Videos are truly harmless, but one sports personality seems to think James is getting a pass for cultural appropriation in his “Taco Tuesday” clips.
Fox Sports Radio’s Clay Travis, who has never liked LeBron, took to Twitter and accused James of “pretending to be Mexican.”
“Here’s social justice warrior LeBron James, who was offended by the word posse, pretending to be Mexican on Taco Tuesday,” Travis wrote. “Can you imagine if a prominent white, black or Hispanic athlete pretended to be black while eating fried chicken?”
That is just a crazy take from a man who has shown in the past that he hates any and all things LeBron-related.
