Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has begun his 22nd NBA season. This year, he is joined by his son, Bronny, making them the first father-son duo to play together in NBA history. At 39 years old, LeBron will turn 40 next month, but he is showing no signs of slowing down. He continues to dominate the league with impressive performances, which have surprised a former Chicago Bulls rival.
During a recent appearance on The Young Man and The Three podcast, former NBA player Joakim Noah expressed high praise for James. Despite their history of intense playoff battles, Noah shared nothing but positive remarks about James after observing the Lakers star’s dominance during the 2024-25 NBA season.
“To be dominant at 40 years old is pretty crazy. I mean I can barely walk to the bathroom. And this guy is still dominating. It speaks volumes to how serious he takes it. You’ve gotta give LeBron his flowers.” Noah said.
Noah will turn 40 in February, while James will celebrate his 40th birthday in December. Noah is retired, whereas James is still active in the league. After witnessing James’ impressive performance at the same age, the former Bulls star was left in awe, completely astonished by his skill and talent on the court.
