Denver Nuggets star Jamal Murray had to be restrained by his teammate, Nikola Jokić, after fans in Detroit began to heckle him earlier this week.
It appears he had every right to do so. Fan video from the stands show several fans mocking Murray from their courtside seats at Little Caesars Arena, and once play was halted, he approached the section.
The fans could be heard making sexual comments about his girlfriend in reference to the video he accidentally uploaded of them engaging in sexual acts.
“I saw your girl sucking d—,” the fan yelled at Murray.
“You ain’t gonna do shit, boy!” one fan shouted.
Jokic quickly ran over and grabbed Murray before anything physical happened. Little Caesars Arena security ran over to find out what was going on.

Security guards then intervened and reportedly ejected the fan from the game, along with those who were with him.
The Nuggets went on to beat the Pistons 119-100. Murray is averaging 20 points and six assists as Jokis is having an MVP-caliber season.
