Being the son of LeBron James has its definite benefits, but it also comes with the ignorance of some fans who dislike LeBron James for stupid reasons and now it seems that hate is coming down to the children.
During Monday’s Hoophall Classic game in Springfield, Mass. between James’ Sierra Canyon (Calif.) team and Paul VI Catholic from Virginia, the game was brought to a halt after a fan was caught throwing a piece of trash at Bronny as he attempted to inbound the ball.
The ref saw what happened and immediately had that fan ejected.
“You’d be surprised by all the stuff Bronny has to go through,” teammate Ziaire Williams told Yahoo Sports after the game. “It’s not fair, but he doesn’t let it faze him at all. I’m learning how to be more like that from him and he’s younger than me.”
LeBron James was actually in attendance for this game, which was only the second game he could attend this season due to the Lakers’ demanding road schedule.
