Jontay Porter’s Professional Career
Jontay Porter began his professional basketball career in 2020 with the Memphis Grizzlies, where he played with their G League affiliate. Unfortunately, the Grizzlies waived him after he made 11 appearances.
On October 2, 2023, Porter signed with the Detroit Pistons. He then joined their G League team, the Motor City Cruise, and later moved to the Wisconsin Herd in the G League.
Most recently, he played for the Toronto Raptors. Throughout his NBA career, Porter has faced challenges with limited playing time, having appeared in only 11 games with the Grizzlies and 26 games with the Raptors.
