LeBron James, the Los Angeles Lakers star player, will begin his 22nd NBA season in two months. Despite being 39 years old and set to turn 40 in December, the four-time NBA champion is showing no signs of slowing down on the court. James, who was recently criticized by a former NBA player, has amassed a large following due to his impressive legacy. However, one of his famous fans recently made some surprising claims that caught the attention of basketball and football fans everywhere.
During a live stream session, Adin Ross, an American internet personality and online streamer, compared James to Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo in terms of followers. Ross believes that if James created a YouTube channel today, he would have more subscribers than Ronaldo and gain 50 million subscribers in 3 days.
“I do wanna say one thing. If LeBron James made a YouTube today, he’d be at 50 million in three days. Facts. I’m sorry, but it’s the truth.”
Ross’s controversial statement sparked a debate among the fans, who started criticizing him for comparing James to Ronaldo in the comment section of the post on X (formerly known as Twitter).
one fan said, “Nah fam, Ronaldo is the biggest sporting entity in the world.”

Another fan said, “Ronaldo is way bigger than Lebron James.”
