The Celtics-Heat series is now tied 3-3 as we head into Game 7.
Nobody saw this happening after the Heat took a 3-0 lead. Because of that, ESPN Analytics isn’t giving the Miami Heat much of a chance to win Game 7 in Boston on Monday.
The worldwide leader in sports gives the Celtics an 82.8% chance of advancing to their second straight NBA Finals, compared to the Miami Heat who hold just a 17.2% chance. It may not be all that bad, however, considering how often ESPN’s computers have been in the past.

No major league has its referees followed more closely than the NBA. Lead officials are often well-known among fans, and their trends are closely tracked. That will be the case for Monday night’s Game 7 between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat.
Scott Foster and Tony Brothers are two of the most well-known refs in the league, each usually running their own crew. They’ll work together Monday night, with Foster as the crew chief and Brothers as the referee. John Goble will join them as the umpire.
