In recent developments reported by RadarOnline.com, a man named Stephen Harper has brought up a lawsuit against Dwight Howard.
Howard has been sued by a man for assault and battery after he claimed the ex-Lakers player pressured him into having a threesome with a male dressed as a woman, according to Radar Online. The man also released explicit messages between the 37-year-old athlete and him.
Harper alleges multiple charges, including assault and battery, with a specific focus on claims of nonconsensual acts and the participation of a third party.
Harper says things began with him reaching out to Howard on Instagram, using what he describes as a “secondary Instagram account.”
Harper says Howard responded by texting him the devil emoji and things progressed to explicit topics, with Howard saying he wanted to see Harper’s package.

The suit alleges that on July 19th, 2021, Howard contacted Harper to tell him he was “thinking about that meat.” Harper claims Howard told him he was “into freaky” content, expressing interest in wanting to see Mr. Harper’s nudes and “c—shots.”
In the suit, Harper claims that while he didn’t want to participate in the threesome, he still arrived at Howard’s home and engaged in “consensual kissing” but things took a turn for the worse.
A man dressed as a woman named “Kitty” arrived and Howard attempted to force Harper to participate in the threesome. Howard allegedly encouraged Harper to participate in a threesome with Kitty, even as Harper said he wanted to leave and did persuade him to stay for an extended encounter, which at some point Harper alleges evolved into nonconsensual sexual acts, with Howard performing oral sex on him without his consent.
Harper says Howard rubbed his thigh and stroked his “penis through his underwear.” The former NBA all-star allegedly then ignored Harper pleas of stating no and angrily said he was “going to do whatever” and Harper was “going to like it.”
Radar reports the suit goes on: “Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper,” the suit read. “Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him.”
Howard has not spoken out about this lawsuit.
