Back in November, Dwight Howard had his character insanely attacked when a transgender woman took to Twitter and dropped a damning thread that accused Dwight Howard of being in a relationship with her/him and participating in trans sex parties.
Masin Elije would go on to sue Howard for assault, infliction of emotional distress and more that stemmed from an incident with a preacher.
Instead of speaking out about it at the time, the then-Washington Wizards player decided to file a counter-suit for $10 million in a lawsuit that claims his relationship with Elije never happened.
During a recent interview with Kristine Leahy, the all-star spoke finally had his chance to speak out about how he felt when the allegations first arose and how social media just attacked him non-stop.
He also made ti clear that he was not gay.
“I’m not gay… It hurt at first to go through it. I sat at home and I was like ‘I never want to come outside again.'”
