Dwight Howard, the former NBA player, is currently playing for the Taiwan Mustangs in The Asian Tournament. The 38-year-old had a successful professional career in the NBA, winning the Championship in the 2019-20 season while playing for the Los Angeles Lakers. Despite now playing in a different league, he is still often compared to NBA players, as recently done by a fan.
A fan named “FLAUCY FITS” recently criticized Howard in a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), comparing him to former NBA player Charles Barkley.
“Barkley got more dog in him than Dwight. Barkley would mentally bully Dwight on the court. But I would take Howard to start a Franchise.” Fan wrote in his post on X.
Howard, who recently made a serious claim against former NFL player Shannon Sharpe, noticed the fan’s bold remark. In response, the 38-year-old center reposted the fan’s post and advised him to get some rest from criticizing the legendary players.
“Go to sleep, I was sending your fav players shot to the bleachers and had people afraid to come to the hoop & you talking about someone being a dog.” Howard wrote in his post on X.
Despite criticism from fans, Howard and Barkley are NBA legends with great professional careers.
