Draymond Green is an important part of the Golden State Warriors and why the team has won multiple championships. While he is widely regarded as a talented and versatile player, he has also gained notoriety for his often controversial behavior both on and off the court.
During the fourth quarter of Game 2 of the Warriors-Kings series, Green was involved in his latest controversy when he stomped on Domantas Sabonis after he appeared to grab Green’s leg. Green was assessed a Flagrant 2 and was ejected.
Fearing a possible suspension, Green would ask for an x-ray after the game.
As you know, this is hardly his first ever controversy on the court. Green has also been involved in several other incidents over the course of his career. He has a reputation for trash-talking opponents and getting into heated exchanges with referees.
One of the most well-known incidents involving Green occurred during the 2016 NBA Finals. In Game 4 of the series, Green received a flagrant foul for striking LeBron James in the groin. That resulted in an automatic suspension for Game 5. Without Green, the Warriors lost Game 5 and eventually lost the series to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

In addition to his behavior on the court, Green has also been involved in off-court incidents. In 2016, he was arrested for assault in East Lansing, Michigan, after allegedly slapping a Michigan State football player. The charges were later dropped.
The last thing the Warriors need right now is him being suspended while being down 0-2.
