During Wednesday’s NBA Cup game between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets, Draymond Green was mocked. Green is undoubtedly not a popular figure with opposing fans. The Warriors player appears to respond to a supporter calling him a “b*tch” in the fourth quarter by threatening to hit the person.
The fan asked Green the question at that particular moment because of the events that had transpired only seconds before. Draymond had stopped Rockets player Alperen Sengun from scoring by yanking him from behind as he drove to the hoop.
Rockets fan yelled, “Draymond! Draymond! Draymond! Draymond, why are you such a b*tch!”
To which Draymond responds, “I’ll slap the sh*t outta you!”
This wasn’t bad by Green’s standards, but it’s awful to admit that fans have witnessed him deteriorate so much over time. Regarding the actual game, the Rockets defeated the Warriors 91-90 to advance to the NBA Cup semifinals, giving the home crowd the advantage against Green. Green seemed furious about the loose ball infraction that was called on Jonathan Kuminga after the match, which caused much debate.
Draymond Green And The Warriors Were furious After The Loose Ball Foul
It wasn’t just Draymond Green who was furious with the call. Steve Kerr, the head coach of the Warriors, also criticized the officials for it. The game shouldn’t have come down to that, even though there is room for disagreement over the call.
