There has been a lot of anticipation going on regarding the future of LeBron James’ eldest son, Bronny James, in the pro league as he declared for the 2024 Draft. Amid all the critical reviews, Warriors veteran Draymond Green shared some positive opinions about the potential of his good friend’s son.
During a recent episode of “The Draymond Green Show,” the host said, ”I think he has more than enough attributes and tools and things about him that will make him a good backup point guard, at least. Backup point guards need to pickup full-court, he’s gonna be able to do that with the best of them.”
Green further added that the USC guard “plays basketball too mistake free”, which will work in his favor. The 4-time champion highlighted the key attributes that could make him a perfect fit in the NBA.
Despite younger James’ not-so-impressive college numbers —averaging 4.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game in the 2023-2024 season—the 19-year-old is grabbing all the limelight in the upcoming Draft. The obvious reason is because of the Lakers forward.
Not so long ago, LeBron wanted to play in the same jersey as his son. With his future at the LA franchise in doubt, people are speculating about the possibility of the father-son duo playing in the same team and, therefore, looking forward to which team Bronny gets drafted to.
The youngster himself is pretty excited about entering the league and sharing the court with some of the notable figures, especially the Warriors legend he had shared a starstruck moment with.

Bronny James Recalls His Starstruck Moment With Steph Curry
When Bronny James was asked to share his starstruck moment in the league in a Bleacher Report interview, the budding talent didn’t waste his time in admitting it was with LeBron’s on-court rival, Stephen Curry.
“I think when I seen Steph playing at Crypto a minute ago, he dapped me up. I feel that was pretty cool,” Bronny said. Curry has been an inspiration for many and, as he plays in the same position, Bronny could learn a thing or two from the masterclass guard.
After impressing a lot of GMs and scouts in the Draft combine, everything now depends on the June draft, which has the probability of flipping the script for the James family.
