Dennis Rodman Rips Into LeBron, Durant On How Him, Pippen, & MJ Would “Lock” Them Up Defensively
As in everything in life, old heads can never let go of the past and will throw younger players under the bus, even when it never calls for it.
Just last week, Overtime released a video that featured Dennis Rodman taking a lie detector test in Brooklyn and answering an assortment of quaestions.
During the interview, the hall of famer boldly stated he, Michael Jordan, and Scottie Pippen would have no trouble guarding LeBron James and Kevin Durant back in their primes.
“Do you know who can lock up LeBron? Me, Mike, and Scottie could,” Rodman explained at around the 6:05 mark. “LeBron is so easy to play. He is so fucking easy to play. He don’t have any moves… He ain’t got no moves… Scottie Pippen could shut his fucking ass down quick before I get to him. His game is too simple, he just big…. 6’8, 6’9. That’s the only thing he got. Pretty much. I’ve played against guys 7’0, 300. So, it don’t really matter.”
“KD, same thing. Once you get to know people’s game it’s very easy to play them. They just long. They just tall.”
