In his first comments since the well-publicized female COVID-19 tester incident at Walt Disney World, Houston Rockets guard Danuel House appeared to fire back at people with a cryptic message on Instagram.
House reportedly had a female COVID-19 tester in his hotel room that strongly violated NBA rules. He would soon be forced to leave the bubble during the Rockets’ second-round series against the Los Angeles Lakers.
“The negativity won’t stop me,” Danuel House wrote. “Real blessings coming soon! Get to know me before you judge me. So, quit the corny stuff.”
In the wake of the incident was his wife scrubbing her Instagram account of all pictures of him.
The Rockets lost to the Lakers in five games despite winning Game 1 of the series.
