The L.A.-Bay Area feud was in full display Monday night outside Crypto.com Arena where the Los Angeles Lakers were hosting the Golden State Warriors in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
The Los Angeles Lakers took a commanding 3-1 lead in their Western Conference semifinal series as the team rode the hot hand of Lonnie Walker IV in the fourth quarter.
It was a sellout crowd on this night as nearly 19,000 filled the arena, but there was a moment after the game when one reporter said that the arena needed to be evacuated.
Spears’ tweet about the evacuation order came roughly an hour after the final buzzer sounded.
Claudia Gestro, another reporter on-site, shared the rumor circulating around the press room that a suspicious message had allegedly been posted to Twitter.

Melissa Rohlin of Fox Sports added that “apparently [there’s] some sort of threat.”
With Monday’s 104-101 Lakers win over the Warriors, they head to the Bay Area for Game 5.
Lonnie Walker IV scored all 15 of his points in the fourth quarter. He became the first Laker off the bench with 15 points or more in the fourth quarter of a playoff game since Kobe Bryant did it some 26 years ago.
Walker went 6-for-9 in the closing frame, while the Warriors went 6-17 as a team.
James, the 20-year veteran, played all but 13 seconds in the fourth quarter, finishing the game with 27 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists in 43 minutes. Anthony Davis added 23 points, 15 rebounds, and 3 steals coming off a strong Game 3.
