Anthony Davis hurts his shoulder in the Bucks match
The Los Angeles Lakers gave the Bucks fans a huge upset by securing a narrow one-point win against them on Friday. The Lakers achieved this feat without their superstar LeBron James as D’Angelo Russell stepped up to save the day.
However, in the process of securing the win, Lakers big man Anthony Davis got injured while handling the Greek Freak Giannis Antetokounmpo. It is reported that Davis has hurt his left shoulder while trying to guard Giannis.
Early in the 2nd half, Giannis made a drive and Davis was guarding him. The Lakers’ big man tried to draw in a charging foul, but it did not turn out as he had planned. Instead, he was met with an elbow of the Greek Freak to his shoulder which looked painful. Giannis is a machine when he is on the court and taking an elbow from him is no easy feat. Davis was hurt by the impact and shared his thoughts about it after the game.
