On Thursday, the Charlotte Hornets unveiled a new Nike NBA City Edition uniform to be worn during the 2022-23 NBA season. The 2022-23 City Edition uniform returns to the mint, gold and granite color scheme of the 2020-21 City Edition.
The uniform is highlighted by the familiar “CLT” abbreviation used throughout the city of Charlotte.
However, people outside of the area saw something completely different and began making sexual jokes about the abbreviation as well as the No. 1 that was used on the above jersey that turned the word into something that most men cannot find on a woman.
“A CLT vs Cream City game would’ve been legendary,” another posted.

Charlotte says the jerseys will be worn for 10 home games and nine away games, so you can expect this joke to be regurgitated over and over again.
As far as the team goes, the squad is just 3-9 on the year and is currently on a six-game losing streak.
