Anthony Davis leaving a Lakers playoff game in a wheelchair doesn’t seem like a laughing matter, but some people online laughed about it, but they hold no water to how Charles Barkley and Shaq reacted to it.
Lakers star Anthony Davis reportedly went to the locker room in a wheelchair after taking a blow to the head from Warriors’ Kevon Looney midway through the fourth quarter.
After being evaluated in the locker room, he was ruled out for the remainder of the game. It was later reported that Davis was brought out in a wheelchair before walking out of the arena himself.
Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley couldn’t stop laughing after Ernie Johnson mentioned that Lakers star Anthony Davis left Game 5 in a wheelchair.
Both tried really hard to state they weren’t mocking Davis, but it was so obvious to see that they were, especially based on their past history.
Fans blasted them both.

Golden State went on to earn a 121-106 victory in Game 5, keeping the season alive while cutting the series to 3-2.
This is another setback for Davis, who has been plagued by injuries in recent seasons.
A foot injury sidelined him for part of 2022-23.
Still, the Lakers likely need the 30-year-old healthy and on the floor if they are going to challenge for a championship.
