The never-ending debate of who’s the NBA GOAT rages on for another day.
During an appearance on ESPN’s “WYD” with Ros Gold-Onwude, NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley compared Los Angeles Lakers superstar small forward LeBron James to none other than Michael Jordan.
Barkley made it clear that Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time and that Lakers legend Kobe Bryant is the closest thing he’s ever seen to MJ.
However, he did state that LeBron is a better passer and rebounder than Jordan.
LeBron is currently the only player in NBA history to rank top-10 all-time in points and assists, with him passing Michael Jordan on the NBA’s all-time scoring list last season and eclipsing Kobe this season before his tragic demise.
LeBron has a good chance of winning title No. 4 this season, but that’s only if the league comes back as scheduled and no key players end up contracting the coronavirus.
