Paul Pierce gave a strong response to the NBA Trolls
Celtics legend Paul Pierce appeared on the “All the Smoke” podcast, where the former NBA player gave a strong response to the trolls. Pierce has been trolled for a long time for his unexpected exit from the 2008 NBA finals against the Lakers. The incident happened in the third quarter of Game 1 of the NBA finals featuring the Celtics vs the Lakers. Pierce made an unsuccessful attempt to contest a shot from Kobe Bryant. However, he tripped over his teammate Kendrick Perkins and fell to the ground with his knee in his arms.
Pierce had to leave the arena in a wheelchair but he returned in just a few minutes to help his team secure the victory. The Celtics would then go on and win the series, capturing their 17th championship. The weird departure of Pierce and his quick comeback led to wild speculation in the community. People started to speculate that the Celtics star might have pooped his pants and had to leave the arena in a wheelchair to not get noticed.

The trolls have been trolling Pierce ever since that incident and it was time for him to answer back. He slammed back at the trolls and said, “If I did poop my pants, why would I sit on a wheelchair? All you new-generation social media gurus who photoshopped the stain on my pants on Twitter… I know that a lot of you all are just mad that I busted the Lakers’ ass that year.” He blamed the new generation for photoshopping stains on his paintings to keep the joke and his trolling alive.
