Bryce James, son of LeBron James, is going to be on the move.
Sherman Oaks Notre Dame High basketball games will be heavily packed for the upcoming season with Bryce James, the second son of Lakers star LeBron James, joining the team. The rising junior guard announced his intention to transfer from Sierra Canyon to Notre Dame High School in California on Wednesday.
At Sierra Canyon, the 6-foot-6 guard averaged 3.8 points in 12 varsity games.
Per Fattal, Bryce visited Notre Dame’s campus on July 21st and likely would’ve made the decision sooner, but his older brother, Bronny, had just had a scary moment when he went into cardiac arrest three days later during a USC practice.
Bryce briefly teamed with the sons of former NBA guard Richard Hamilton and comedian Bill Bellamy at Campbell Hall.
247Sports lists Bryce James as a 3-star prospect and No. 102 player in the 2025 high school class.

His only known offer to this point is from Duquesne.
Klutch Sports signed Bryce James to a contract last year to represent the high schooler for all NIL deals. As of right now, he does not have any deals.
This is just part of Bryce’s path to his dream of one day playing in the NBA, just like LeBron James, and hopefully like his big brother soon.
