Jimmer Fredette could soon be making his way back to the National Basketball Association.
According to Arizona Sports 98.7’s John Gambadoro, the Phoenix Suns are set to meet with the 5-year NBA vet to discuss possibly bringing on to play in the final ten games of the 2018-2019 season.
The BYU standout and former No. 10 overall pick has been in the Chinese Basketball Association for a few years since his last stint in the NBA with the New York Knicks during the end of the 2015-16 season.
The 30-year-old is currently averaging 36 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 5.3 assists for the Shanghai Sharks.
In 235 career NBA appearances, Fredette averaged six points, 1.4 assists, and one rebound in 13.4 minutes per game in the NBA.
