The rumors that were drummed up over the summer that Michelle Beadle would be on her way out of a job at NBA Countdown proved to be very true, according to The Post.
“This is the second high-profile job Beadle has lost in the past 12 months. Almost a year ago to the date, Beadle was taken off ESPN’s morning show, “Get Up!”
In her place is said to be Rachel Nichols and Maria Taylor, who will split the hosting role of ESPN’s NBA Countdown in some capacity, Richard Deitsch reports.
Deitsch also noted that Beadle’s future is up in the air, tweeting, “She’s well-liked by the talent she works with and she’ll be working on-air somewhere. The Q is whether that will be for ESPN or elsewhere. To be determined.”
Beadle is still making $5 million per year, but there is no telling what she will do next.
