Patrick Beverley is no longer a member of the Clippers.
On Sunday, it was reported that the point guard would be getting traded to the Memphis Grizzlies along with Rajon Rondo and Daniel Oturu for guard Eric Bledsoe.
Beverley’s career with the Clippers ended badly once he pushed Chris Paul to the ground in the playoffs once it was confirmed they were being eliminated. He was given a one game suspension to start the 2021-22 NBA season.
Beverley joined the Clippers in the June 2017 trade that sent Paul to the Rockets. The 32-year-old averaged 7.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in 22.5 minutes per game last season. He shot 46.8 percent on twos and 39.7 percent on threes, which made up about two-thirds of his shot attempts.
