The Los Angeles Lakers completed their big three when it was announced that franchise icon Kobe Bryant would be coming out of retirement to join LeBron and AD for the 2019-20 NBA season.

Kobe last played for the Lakers during the 2015-16 season, when the team finished last in the Western Conference with a 17-65 record. Bryant averaged just 17.6 points with a career-low .358 field-goal percentage over 66 games that season.
The Lakers haven’t made the postseason since 2014, but they’re suddenly championship contenders as a result of their most recent offseason overhaul.
