Ice Cube’s BIG3 league had a tremendous first year start and it is slated to be even bigger going into the second season as more and more former NBA players are signing up to join.
On Thursday, former Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas revealed on Thursday’s episode of Arenas’ “The No Chill Podcast,” that he informed league founder Ice Cube that he would sign on to play during the 2019 season.
“You know what, I’m just going to say yes now. Imma go ahead and join,” Arenas said.
“And just listen: I want the Wizards, alright? I want all my Wizards teammates who didn’t shoot the ball. Alright? That’s who I want. I want Etan (Thomas), Brendan Haywood, DeShawn Stevenson, Kwame Brown,” he added. “You know they already know my style.
“Eddie Jordan, where you at? We know the plays.”
