Rajon Rondo is headed back to Los Angeles, but not with who you think.
On Thursday, the veteran point guard got traded by the Hawks to the Clippers.
The Clippers had interest in signing Rondo in free agency and were in desperate need of a more traditional point guard.
Rondo has largely struggled as a role player in the Hawks rotation, averaging 3.9 points, 3.5 assists and 2.0 rebounds per game.
