For some strange reasons, athletes seem to get really upset over their video game rating, especially if they think they should be much higher.
Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal received a rating of 89 for this year’s edition of NBA 2K and he has not said a word about it. Beal is coming off a spectacular year and many thought he would improve much more than the 88 he had in 2020.
Beal nearly led the NBA with 31.1 points per game in 2020-21.
Beal’s wife, Kamiah Adams, expressed her displeasure by tweeting at Ronnie Singh, who is known popularly as “Ronnie 2K” and is the franchise’s most popular brand ambassador. She has gotten into a Twitter beef that has seen her call him “a whole joke, and a pussy.”
Ronnie fired back by poking fun at “hav[ing] the wife upset.”

Adams retorted by calling the game “trash” with “a joke” of a rating system. That led to Ronnie tweeting, “Hope everyone is having the best weekend except Bradley Beal’s wife.”
She fired back:
“Dogs bark. Ducks quack. So don’t be so surprised when clowns, do clown shit. But atleast I have the courage to stand on my own two feet. @ me next time pussy @Ronnie2K. That was deleted quickly”
This is easily the most pettiest beef we have seen in some time. At the end of the day, it is just a video game.
