Brooklyn Nets point guard Ben Simmons appears to be putting in some real work ahead of what he would like to be his comeback season.
Simmons, who hails from Australia, had fans going off after a photo of him looking extra jacked surfaced on Twitter. You could see it right below:

If you’ve sided with the fans in the comments above and believe this is photoshopped, you’re right. It’s totally absolutely photoshopped. Yet that hardly means Simmons hasn’t undergone a transformation.

Simmons has fielded a lot of criticism over his work ethic and supposed unwillingness to play the sport he’s being paid millions of dollars to play. But a comeback could be afoot; so let’s wait and see.
The 2016 No. 1 overall pick has sustained some serious injuries since the Philadelphia 76ers selected him back then. He was traded to the Brooklyn Nets during the 2021/22 season and didn’t play a minute of basketball before having back surgery last summer.
The Australian would also suffer a back injury last season, a campaign during which he averaged 6.9 points a game on 56.6 percent shooting.
Simmons has two years left on his current deal and will be due $78 million over the course of the next two seasons.
