Ayesha Curry and Steph Curry had the last laugh.
The trash-talking wars between the self-proclaimed “Petty King” Steph Curry and Celtics fans continued after the Warriors ended the NBA Finals in six games.
In response to fans rocking “Ayesha Curry can’t cook” shirts in Boston, the Warriors legend took a picture in the locker room with the shirt while holding his NBA Finals MVP trohpy. The person who took the picture was his wife, Ayesha.
Ayesha wasn’t finished, as she grabbed some buttons that were being handed out to the crowd and also posted them to Instagram.
While speaking to reporters in Boston on Wednesday, Curry was asked by NBC Sports Bay Area’s Monte Poole what he makes of all the back-and-forth.

“I’m the petty king, so I know all about everything and I use it as entertainment and just have fun with it, because the more you’re on the stage, the more you realize the attention that is on you, how much it means to each fan base, how much it means to the cities,” Curry said. “So, you can’t really be surprised by anything.”
In the 2021-22 NBA season alone, the Warriors superstar was crowned 3-point king after surpassing Ray Allen’s record, he won his fourth ring, and he was named MVP of the All-Star Game, the Western Conference finals, and the NBA Finals.
Now, he gets to go home and have his wife’s cooking.
