In the final game of the NBA play-in tournament, the Grizzlies defeated the Warriors 117-112 on Friday to continue their season. It made them the No. 8 seed in the West, with the top-seeded Utah Jazz awaiting them in the first round.
With two play-in losses, the Warriors now head into the offseason.
Curry managed to score 39 points, but his teammates weren’t much help and the team paid for it dearly.
After the game, however, Curry was all smiiles as his wife Ayesha was waiting to give him a big ki…wait…lick to his forehead.
That is certainly something.
The team finished with the eighth-best record in the West at 39-33, but the new play-in format required them to beat the Lakers then the Grizzlies to actually make it to the playoffs.
