When it comes to being an NBA superstar, or just a professional athlete making a ton of money, there will always be thousands of women just waiting to be chosen in hopes of changing their lives forever, even it means destroying someone else’s life.
Ayesha Curry recently sat down with Jada Pinkett-Smith for her Facebook talk show, “Red Table Talk” and admitted that even though her husband Steph is great guy, she still worries about the amount of groupies that come around her man.
“Stephen is very nice by nature and he’s very talkative. Everything is always very friendly and sometimes to the point where I’m like, I’m a grown woman so I’ll just insert myself. I’ll be like, ‘Hello. How are you doing?’”
“I’m okay with it now and obviously, you know the devil is a liar.”
“The ladies will always be lurking, hoping for their moment and waiting. But for me, I honestly hate it.”
Even the greatest of men have fallen victim to the dreaded groupie here and there, and with the emergence of social media sites like Twitter and Instagram, finding women willing to do just about anything has become even easier than it was back in the day.
