Last week, Ashley Brewer had the worst moment of her life as she suddenly became unemployed when ESPN fired her amid major layoffs.
The firing came one week before her wedding, which really could’ve sucked if she wasn’t marrying a guy who was already loaded in the bank account area.
NBA center Frank Kaminsky and former “SportsCenter” anchor Ashley Brewer celebrated their wedding with a ceremony in Los Cabos, Mexico even though the pair were legally married in April at a Los Angeles courthouse, according to the Wisconsin State-Journal.
Unlike the previous ceremony, this one featured their friends and family.
The couple met in 2017, with Kaminsky proposing to Brewer in Maui last summer, according to the State-Journal.
Brewer, who swam collegiately at Texas and USC, was let go at ESPN after three years at the network.

Kaminsky, who remains an NBA free agent, was selected No. 9 overall in the draft by the Hornets in 2015 following a collegiate career at Wisconsin. The 7-foot center spent his first four seasons in Charlotte before joining the Suns for three years and then splitting time between the Hawks and Rockets in 2022-23.
Kaminsky averaged 2.5 points and 1.4 rebounds per game in 36 combined games between Atlanta and Houston. He’s never started more than 16 games in a season across his career.
