On Tuesday, a Florida judge freed Antonio Brown from house arrest which allowed him to travel freely while he awaits trial on charges that he attacked the driver of a moving truck, according to ESPN.
Before they actually happened, the free agent WR took to Instagram Live with his team of lawyers and stated “I’m about to get this taken off. I’m free to go” while showing off his ankle monitor.
He also stated he was “doing it for Kobe.”
Brown’s $110,000 bail remains in place and he still must surrender his passport, possess no weapons or ammunition, and submit to a mental health evaluation and random drug testing.
Brown and his trainer were arrested and charged with burglary with battery, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and criminal mischief.
As for as an athlete that everybody loved and who cherished his time on Earth, Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter, and seven others tragically lost their lives in a helicopter accident on Sunday.
