Anthony Edwards was on full display as the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Golden State Warriors 116-110 Sunday night.
Draymond Green has never been shy about talking trash to anybody on the court and that continued over the weekend.
The Golden State Warriors star was caught on a hot mic trash-talking Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves during Sunday night’s matchup in San Francisco. The fiery encounter occurred with just five minutes left in the game when Green fouled him during a transition. Edwards did not appreciate it and they got into a verbal altercation.
“Don’t foul me like that,” Edwards said. “Get the f–k out of here.”
“You think I’m gonna give you a layup?” Green could be heard saying back to him.
“What you gonna do about it? You not gonna do nothing about it. Stop talking,” Draymond said.
“Ain’t nobody worried about you, bruh,” Edwards retorted. “Hell nah.”
Edwards led the Timberwolves with 33 points on 11-of-27 shooting. He also received a technical foul after dunking on Dario Saric and turning to him and talking trash.
After his altercation, Edwards scored another 10 points in the final minutes of the game. Two of Edwards’ last three field goals were over Green.
