The Dallas Mavericks wanted to cleanly sweep the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 4 to get tickets to the NBA finale. Nevertheless, after changing the whole scenario, Anthony Edwards directly targeted his shot at NFL star Micah Parsons.
Edwards, in press conference, threw a subtle dig at Parsons, warning Parsons to bring him back some nice shoes for Game 6.
“Micah Parsons, you know, he was rocking the AE1’s and I told him, he wear a size 14, I’ll bring him back some nice shoes for Game 6. That’s what I told him,” Edwards said.
The Dallas Cowboys’ standout pass rusher was courtside wearing a Luka Doncic jersey and Edwards’ signature shoes. In front of Parsons, Edwards made the biggest shot of the game in the final minute, extending the Timberwolves’ lead from three to five points, sealing their 105-100 victory.
