Anthony Davis walked carefully out of the Chase Center without talking to the media on Wednesday night after taking an inadvertent shot to the head from Kevon Looney.
Davis was carted to the Lakers’ training room in a wheelchair and never returned to the game.
It has now opened the door to questions about his status for the rest of the Los Angeles Lakers playoff series against the Golden State Warriors.
With Game 6 set for this Friday, basketball fans took to Twitter and sent their prayers to Davis.

Golden State is seeking to become the first team since the 2020 Denver Nuggets to come back from a 3-1 series deficit. The Warriors were the last team to blow a 3-1 lead in a non-bubble series, dropping the final three games of the 2016 NBA Finals to James’ Cleveland Cavaliers.
A team has only recovered from a 3-1 deficit 13 times in NBA history.
